CJST personnel have been the driving force behind the technology of a number of UK smartcard schemes, including the Bracknell Edge Card, various Hertfordshire cards and the SWWITCH scheme. We have provided the infrastructure for cardholder databases, clearing and settlement and card production systems.

We are actively involved with the ITSO organisation, acting as consultants and as independant ITSO developers. We have worked with Mifare, Type A, Type B, Innovision, Motorola MV5000 and JCOPS cards. Our chairman, Chris Stanford is an internationally recognised senior figure in the smartcard industry.
